IFA President presents IFA Honorary Life Membership award to Mitchelstown stalwart

At the May meeting of North Cork IFA County Executive in Fermoy this week, IFA President Tim Cullinan presented IFA Honorary Life Membership to IFA stalwart Mike Ryan from Mitchelstown IFA Branch.

IFA President in presenting the IFA Honorary Life Membership Award paid tribute to Mr Ryan’s outstanding commitment, service and support to the Association over many, many years.

Mr Ryan is a sheep and suckler farmer and a member of the Mitchelstown Branch of North Cork IFA. He has been a faithful supporter of his local IFA branch all his life and has held numerous positions within the Branch.

At County Executive level Mr Ryan has held the position of Sheep Chairman and most recently as County President of North Cork County Executive.

North Cork IFA County Chairman Pat O’Keeffe in congratulating Mr Ryan on receiving this prestigious Award, also paid tribute to his commitment to IFA and unwavering support of the Association throughout the years.
