Henning Dohrn has been appointed as Managing Director of Audi Ireland, the company announced this week.
Mr Dohrn will succeed Christian Gussen on 1 August. After three successful years in Ireland, Mr Gussen returns to Audi AG in Germany as Regional Director for India, Taiwan & Southeast Asia.
Bringing over eight years of experience in senior management roles in Audi, Mr Dohrn has worked in various positions at Audi AG in Germany, including sales strategy, used car strategy and international network planning.
His most recent role was as Executive Assistant to the Board Member for Sales & Marketing, Dr Dietmar Voggenreiter, and previously Mr Luca De Meo. He holds an MBA from the University of Lüneberg.

Audi is Ireland’s number one premium car brand since 2009, reporting a 22% year-on-year increase in registrations in 2016.
