Upstream (health, safety and wellbeing specialists) which was founded by Glanworth resident, Marion Kiely and whose offices are based locally in Faber Castell Business Park, Fermoy, showcased their business at the Greenshoot showcase, held in Cork County Hall on Thursday, September 15th.
Having worked in the pharmaceutical and semi-conductor industries for over twenty years, Marion has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is passionate about health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace.
She is a guest lecturer in UCC and is a committee member on the Rural Industries Section of the Ireland IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and Health) Branch.
The Greenshoots Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme is a six month programme based at Macroom E, which provides entrepreneurs with the facilities, support and skills required to make a real success of their business.
