John Donovan, formerly of Ballyporeen, County Tipperary and now residing in Dungarvan, County Waterford, was deemed the winner of Jim Lysaght’s 100 Question Christmas Quiz, featured in the Christmas edition of The Avondhu.

For his efforts, he was presented with a Samsung Galaxy 7" Tablet from the quiz sponsors, Toss Bryan Fermoy recently. Well done to John as well as to all those who entered this popular brain teaser, set by renowned quizmaster, Jim Lysaght from Fermoy. A record entry was received this year.
