Gaelscoil de hIde on Duntahane Road was shortlisted as being in the top four educational buildings in the country in the All-Ireland Community and Council Awards and principal Sean Mac Gearailt was present at the awards ceremony in Croke Park in Dublin on Saturday night.
Although the Gaelscoil wasn’t selected as the overall winner, it was a great achievement to be shortlisted amongst the most impressive educational buildings in Ireland.
