A 6 week ‘Stop Smoking’ support group, which is free of charge will commence in the Mallow Primary Healthcare Centre on Tuesday, 4th February, 2014 from 12 noon until 1pm.
The 6 week course will be delivered by Joan O’Sullivan, HSE, Smoking Cessation Officer, offering smokers support and practical advice on how to reduce and quit smoking, using different approaches and techniques.
