The former convent building in Mitchelstown has gone up for sale in recent days, with a price tag of €1.2 million.
The imposing well-known building at the top of Convent Hill sits on 1.12 hectares of land, with its perimeter running alongside Presentation Secondary School, the church and along the back of the Leisure Centre.
