FIAT celebrates its 127th anniversary with the reveal of Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback

On July 11th, FIAT celebrated its 127th anniversary by revealing the new Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback in a special launch video, marking the arrival of two new models within the brand’s renewed model line-up.

The concept is built around a simple but distinctive idea: revealing the arrival of two new members in an unexpected setting — a local Italian registry office. In the video, Olivier Francois, FIAT CEO and Stellantis Global CMO, presents the newest arrivals at the registry desk, turning a classic bureaucratic moment into an impromptu test drive moment with Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback.

THE NEW FAMILY MOVERS

Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback mark the next step in FIAT’s product strategy: two silhouettes designed to meet different customer needs, but with the same simple and versatile approach. As outlined during the Investor Day held on May 21st in Auburn Hills, the project reinforces FIAT’s role as one of Stellantis’ most international brands, delivering accessible mobility solutions to customers across the globe, particularly in its three main regions – Europe, Middle East & Africa and South America.

Grizzly brings space, comfort and everyday practicality to the SUV segment, while Grizzly Fastback adds a more distinctive silhouette with the same focus on usability and family needs.

Compact outside and generous inside, Grizzly measures 4.4 metres in length and is designed around real-life needs: space, comfort and everyday flexibility. Grizzly Fastback stretches to 4.5 metres, combining elegant proportions, expressive design and outstanding practicality, including generous interior space and a 600-litre boot capacity.

In addition, to further give customers the freedom to choose what best fits their needs, Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback will be available with petrol, mild hybrid and fully electric powertrains, delivering up to 145 HP, as well as with manual or automatic transmissions, depending on the region.

The range will be offered in seven vibrant body colours and equipped with technology designed to make everyday mobility easier, more intuitive and more enjoyable.

Grizzly and Grizzly Fastback will make their first public appearance at the Paris Motor Show in October, ahead of a commercial launch expected from the final quarter of 2026.

Delivery dates for the Irish market along with specifications and pricing, will be announced closer to launch.
