Local teenager, Liam O’Brien has again taken the top spot in the junior men’s National Cyclo-cross Championships in Co Louth, after a night of rainfall put competing cyclists to the test over the weekend, as the 2023 Cyclo-cross National Championships kicked off in soft conditions.
