Business leaders, cybersecurity experts and professionals will come together next month to explore how Irish businesses can strengthen their defences and build resilience in an increasingly digital world.

Network Ireland Cork, in collaboration with AIB, will host its November event, ‘Safeguarding Success: Cyber Resilience in a Digital Age,’ on Wednesday, 5th November.

As cyber threats continue to evolve, the panel discussion will focus on practical strategies for safeguarding operations, data and reputation. Attendees will gain expert insights, real-world examples and actionable tools to help protect their businesses from potential risks.

Guest speakers will include Aoife Noone, founding director and CEO of Noone Cyber Services and Think Smart Cyber; Richard Curran, MD of Sentinel Computers; and AIB Cyber Awareness leads, Audrey Doherty and John Haren.

Cathy Fitzgibbon, president of Network Ireland Cork, said the event aims to ‘empower business owners’.

“We’re delighted to partner with AIB for this timely and important event. In today’s digital world, cyber resilience goes beyond technology – it’s about awareness, education and readiness. This event aims to empower business owners, professionals and our wider community to feel more confident and informed about staying safe online.”
