Two members of staff working in Centra and SuperValu in Mitchelstown have been praised by their boss after giving chase to thieves last week.
On Wednesday, a thief filled a basket with cans of beer in Centra before taking off. An eagle-eyed staff member spotted the robber and gave chase.
