The Joe Duffy Group have announced an exciting expansion of its award-winning apprenticeship programme, creating over 50 new apprenticeship opportunities nationwide for people who want to start, develop, or change career within Ireland’s dynamic motor industry.
As the Group continues to grow in response to strong customer demand, the programme offers ambitious candidates a clear pathway into a rewarding career, with paid, practical experience, structured training, mentoring, and exposure to some of the world’s leading automotive brands. With more than 600 colleagues across Ireland, the Joe Duffy Group is investing in the next generation of sales and aftersales talent and opening doors for people who are passionate about cars, customer service, technology, and problem-solving.
As part of the recruitment drive, the Group will host an Apprenticeship Open Evening on 11th August at Porsche Centre Dublin, Charlestown, from 5.00pm–7.00pm. The event will give prospective apprentices and their families a first-hand look at the many career routes available in the motor industry, from technical and parts roles to service and sales careers.
