Early bird tickets go on sale this Saturday for next summer’s much looked forward to Indiependence Music & Arts Festival, celebrating its tenth year in the scenic surrounds of Deer Farm in Mitchelstown.
One of Ireland’s festival success stories over the last decade, INDIE has grown over the years from its initial three thousand capacity at the venue, into a fully-fledged summer spectacular, with up to 15,000 people expected in 2019.
Combining a superb mix of the best in upcoming and arena-selling Irish acts, international legends and trailblazers, over the years INDIE has seen some amazing performances across its many stages including from Public Enemy, Manic Street Preachers, Hozier, Walking on Cars, Basement Jaxx, Bastille, Kodaline, Picture This, De La Soul, Editors, The Coronas, The Dandy Warhols and 2018 headliners, Primal Scream.
INDIE19 will see more improvements to its attractive VIP area, releasing the same number of tickets but doubling all facilities and increasing the camping space.
INDIE19 will also see ticket prices remain at 2017 and 2018 prices for those choosing to purchase early, before they go to full price on January 1st.
The first acts for INDIE19 will be announced before Christmas, with some show stoppers already in place and waiting to be revealed.

“This will be our tenth INDIE at Deer Farm so we’re planning on making it very special; we’re changing things up a bit and improving the site as we’ve done each year. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone back in Mitchelstown in 2019,” said INDIE’s Michael Maher.
Tickets go on sale this Saturday morning, November 3 at 10am from tickets.ie and a special pop-up at Walsh’s Bar in Mitchelstown.
Early bird tickets start at the excellent value of €109, while Tier 1 VIP tickets are priced at €169.
