Fermoy Nissan and James Barry Motors Charleville have pulled off a huge coup after getting their hands on the all-new Nissan LEAF, a full two months before its official launch in Ireland, where it is destined to become a massive hit with EV drivers.
The all-new LEAF is winning rave reviews with a top range of up to 622 kilometres and the power to recover up to 420 kilometres after just 30 minutes of DC fast-charging.
“The Nissan LEAF was the world’s first mass-market EV, and this is the next step in its evolution. It has been reimagined as a crossover. The design is now much sleeker and sharper and its extended range and connected technology is a game-changer for EV drivers,” said Sean McCarthy, dealer principal at Fermoy Nissan.
“We are delighted to get our hands on the car and to showcase it to customers. This is their chance to be the first to see it up close, to book a test-drive and to pre-order it before it arrives in showrooms in early February,” he added.
“The all-new LEAF has been specifically engineered to tackle the barriers to EV adoption. It goes further on one charge, it charges faster when you need to recharge, and it delivers impressive range at motorway speeds, which is great news for anyone thinking of making the switch to electric driving,” he continued.
