Mitchelstown Lions Club and Curraghagalla Community Group at the presentation of the cheque in Ned Roche’s Pub to Micheál Sheridan and Deirdre Finn of the Mercy University Hospital Foundation.

Following another hugely successful D’hillbillies Mud Run in Mitchelstown in mid October, the organisers were delighted to have raised a phenomenal €15,400 for cancer services at The Mercy University Hospital Cork.

Together with Curraghagalla Community Group, who kindly gave up their time to volunteer and coordinate the event on October 17th, President of Mitchelstown Lions Club, Lisa Sheehan presented a cheque for €15,400 to Deirdre Finn, community and events fundraiser with the Mercy Hospital Foundation ...
