Crixus Gym Fermoy is set to host the first Hyrox Simulation in North Cork on September 21 at Lynch Camp in Kilworth.
Tickets for the event go on sale this week, with all fitness levels invited to take part as a host of categories are open for entry in the unique and challenging hybrid-style race.
“It’s very exciting to be hosting the first Hyrox Simulation in North Cork and we hope it will be the first of many. We hope it will be a good opportunity for people to understand what Hyrox is and to try it out. It’s a good way for people to get involved,” Nicola Mannix of Crixus said.
