Charleville-based Response Engineering has signed a major new electricity supply deal with leading independent energy provider Energia.

Charleville-based Response Engineering has signed a major new electricity supply deal with leading independent energy provider Energia.

The deal is valued at €550,000 and will see Energia supply over 50 water treatment sites around Ireland that are operated by Response Engineering. The company specialises in the operation of municipal and industrial water and waste water treatment plants, as well as design, engineering and construction services.

The company’s Head Office is based in Charleville with the sites under the company’s management spread throughout the country. Water treatment and pumping processes are heavy consumer of electricity therefore any reduction in useage and costs can have a significant influence.
