An early start didn't deter business-minded people from turning out to hear social media innovator Noel Davidson of QED Training speak at Fermoy Community Youth Centre on Wednesday morning.

Members of the local NRG Networking Group, Fermoy Business Action Group and other individuals engaged in business in the town attended to hear what he had to say about improving business, marketing, sales promotion, entrepreneurship and innovation. Transition Year students from local schools also attended.

There was a chance for those who attended to network over refreshments before the talk got underway. The event was organised by local business and public affairs consultant, J J Bunyan.
