Val O’Donnell with the writings of Flann O’Brien in Kilworth and Kilmallock this Thursday and Friday!

On this Friday, 17th July @ 8pm, Friars' Gate Theatrem Kilmallock plays host to 'Flann’s Yer Only Man' - a humorous jaunt through the life and literary legacy of the great Irish novelist Flann O’Brien, aka satirical journalist Myles na Gopaleen, aka Brian O’Nolan (1911-1966).

We invite you to come along and enjoy some of the best comedy from the pen of Ireland’s greatest satirical writer since Jonathan Swift. Val O’Donnell re-enacts a wide range of extracts from the humourist’s novels and his celebrated Cruiscín Lán column in the Irish Times – linked with key events in the writer’s life.
