It's all systems go on the promotional front for members of the St Patrick's Community Hospital Fermoy Fundraising Association who are hosting a concert in Corrin Events Centre, Fermoy on Friday, 6th December.
While the big attraction is Louise Morrissey, the show also features Gary Gamble & The Ryan Turner Band along with dancing on the night to Alegro.
Organisers reckon the show that encompasses a sit down concert, dancing and wine reception will have widespread appeal and there's no doubt the €25 admission fee represents excellent value for money. As regards the venue, you couldn't ask for better as the centre has shown itself more than capable of hosting a variety of high profile events.
Dave Ryan, who runs the very successful Amber Service Station in Fermoy, has stepped in to act as main sponsor and according to association chairman Tom Higgins, the response from the business community has been brilliant.
"The businesses in Fermoy and surrounding areas have been very good and we're delighted with the level of sponsorship we've received," he said, prior to linking up with Louise Morrissey when she performed in The Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown last week.
For her part, Louise said she always receives a great reception in this neck of the woods and she's really looking forward to appearing in Corrin Events Centre on the 6th December. Tickets are now on sale and available from outlets in Fermoy, Mitchelstown, Midleton and Rathcormac.
