Booley’s back in Ballyduff and going down a treat

Long running production, The Booley House, returned for the 2024 season in St. Michael’s Hall, Ballyduff on Wednesday of last week, 24th July.

Those overseeing the award winning show, have stuck with a winning formula of lots of music, lots of dance, some story telling and a bit of poetry for good measure. The end result is a power-packed offering that showcases some of region’s best singers and dancers.

For young people in particular, it’s a wonderful opportunity to perform before full houses and they more than rose to the occasion on opening night when The Avondhu visited.
