The Booley House has returned to Ballyduff for its 2016 run, with the promise of a highly enjoyable night of music, song, dance and storytelling suitable for all ages.
The show has grown and evolved since its debut in 1991, now featuring a cast of over 70, while still adhering to the values that has made it one of the premier shows of its kind in Ireland.
The house band ensures the show moves with a fast pace, they include: John Nugent on guitar, Brendan Clancy on fiddle, Tony Dunne on accordion, Caoimhín Ó Fearghail on flute and pipes and David Hyland on bodhrán.
The singers on the night are Becky and Ellen McCloskey and Fiona Ahern, whose songs range from ‘Hard Times’ by Stephen Foster, ‘Nil ‘Na Lá’, ‘Siúil A Rún’, and ‘Grace’ by Frank and Seán O’Meara.
