The 2016 Better Life Cycle, a one-day tour of west county Clare in aid of St Joseph’s Foundation, will be launched at a fundraising table quiz night in The Hunter’s Rest in Mitchelstown on Friday, November 6th at 9pm.

The Better Life Cycle is an annual fundraiser in aid of the Charleville-based foundation, which provides people with disabilities the opportunity to live the life of their choice to their fullest potential.

The table quiz is open to everyone, the entry per table of four is €40 and a raffle will also be held on the night.

Organiser Nollaig Baker said the foundation relies heavily on fundraising to keep their many services open, which includes education to people from pre-school level all the way up to adult education.
