Vladimir Belujsky moved a step closer to a domestic title shot after another devastating victory against Juan Carlos Moreno in Mexico.
Indeed it was the 22-year-old’s fourth stoppage victory from four wins, who forced his opponent to retire on his stool to register the victory in Tijuana.
Speaking to The Avondhu, Mitchelstown’s Belujsky said he thought he was in for a long night. “My opponent was changed on the day of the fight and the guy who took his place (Juan Carlos Moreno) was about 100kgs.
“I hit him with everything and he didn’t even blink and kept coming forward so I thought to myself, it’s gonna be a long night” …
