An opportunity for anyone who has been on the live register for 12 months or more and is willing to commit to a 38 weeks course should attend an open day at Silver Springs Moran’s Hotel, Cork on Tuesday, February 5 from 10am-1pm.

No IT experience is necessary and there are employment opportunities on completion.

The open day is being run by the College of Progressive Education which has been selected through a rigourous process to be one of the project providers for Momentum. Under the Momentum project, learners must be at least one year unemployed. Learners should consult with their local Department of Social Protection Office to check their eligibility.

The College is committed to providing the most up to date training to provide learners with the key skills they require to secure employment in today’s competitive market. In addition the College will provide careers advice and support in seeking employment.
