Construction work is continuing on the new Church View Gardens estate in Watergrasshill, which, once completed, will provide 19 new houses to the area.
Located on the southern side of the village, the development consists of 11 four-bedroom detached houses and eight four-bedroom semi-detached houses
The market price for the detached houses are €295,000, covering 1,610 square feet, while the semi-detached houses are listed at €245,000 and covers 1,346 square feet. The development is owned by Ventura Homes Ltd, and the houses are currently available to reserve.
