Lismore to get new primary care centre
There’s no money to fix the footpath in Fairy Lane in Lismore “now or in the future” the recent meeting of Lismore Town Council was told.
Mayor Julie Landers pointed out that funding was promised previously and said she was very disappoined to hear it wasn’t forthcoming. A number of elderly people are living there, she pointed out.
There’s a very high kerb there that’s difficult to negotiate. Town Manager Paul Daly said the enginer is to look at the kerb to see if something can be done with it.
