Ballyhoura Development will be delivering two innovative programmes which promote positive mental health, the first beginning on April 4th entitled ‘The Healing Journey’. This will be based in Ballinvreena Community Centre (near Kilfinane), Co Limerick and, like the second programme, is free of charge.
This programme is open to all ages and empowers you to lead a more peaceful and meaningful life. You will learn how to let go of the past and overcome obstacles such as hurt, fear, guilt and forgiveness. You will also learn how to have more control over your life and feel more confident within yourself.
The second programme is called ‘Go 4 It’ and will be based in the New Enterprise Centre, Tower Field, Croom Co Limerick from April 5th. This programme is open to those aged between 18 and 35 and enables you to become energised, empowered, motivated and equipped to embrace change, take control of your life and deal with the issues you face on a daily basis. It is envisaged that you will become a more positive, independent, self directed person who attains the self awareness, belief and confidence needed to interact effectively with others and realise your full potential
For further information and to be considered for a place on one of these innovative programmes, contact Yvonne Griffin at Ballyhoura Development on 063-91739 or 086-0552027. Email ygriffin@ballyhoura.org.
These initiatives are supported by Ballyhoura Development Genio Trust and Limerick County VEC.
