Four participants from the Awbeg Funcheon Recreation Scheme Ltd CE Scheme, recently completed a customer care FETAC Level 5 course with all distinctions.

Trevor Smee, Catherine O'Keeffe, Carmel Walsh and Christine Manning completed the course, which is designed to enhance levels of customer satisfaction.

Supervisor Aileen Lane explained that customer care should be included in all work-related and community-based activities and functions.

The course was delivered by TSS and co-ordinated by the Awbeg Funcheon Recreation Scheme Ltd supervisor, Aileen Lane.
