
Glamping pods were installed in Lismore last week as the revitalisation of the former Bank of Ireland site in the town continues. Phase 1 of the project now nears completion.
The arrival of the pods was described as a ‘big day’ for Lismore Town Association and the town, and was a welcome sight as for some time now, accommodation options have been sought locally following the closure of Lismore Hotel.
“Thank you, everyone, for your patience with us this morning as works were going on. We are beyond excited to see all the hard work from everyone come into fruition,” Lismore Town Association said.
