Meet the Creative Director Behind the Brand
Founded by Fermoy-based Dara Carey, Create Property Staging is the result of Dara’s passion for interiors and her first hand experience of how presentation can make or break a sale. “A few years ago, when my childhood home in Armagh went on the market, I was shocked at how poorly it was presented,” Dara says. “An estate agent arrived without notice and took photos as-is. That stuck with me.”
Dara began informally helping friends and family improve their listings before realising she was already staging. During maternity leave, she trained formally and turned her skill into a business. Create Property Staging now works with clients across Munster and beyond. “Even when browsing Airbnb listings, I’m often struck by how many great spaces are let down by tired décor,” she adds. “I want to help people get the best return, whether they’re selling or renting.”
