What a fantastic night we had last Wednesday (14th) with the theme ‘Come Dine With Me’, where guides had to plan, prepare and invite their parents and grandparents to a very special evening of savouries, made specially by the guides.
Before the event, Triona and Chloe prepped the guides on how to set a table, how you treat the guest on arrival and most of all, planning the menu and sending out the invitations. We felt as leaders, that this is something the guides must think for themselves and bring their own ideas and methods to the table.
We were amazed and excited to see this come to fruition on the night.
