Network Ireland Cork commenced 2025 with a landmark event at the Clayton Hotel Cork City on Wednesday of last week (8th), which brought together businesswomen from across Cork for an evening of inspiration, connection and actionable insights, setting the tone for a year of success from both a personal and professional perspective.

This highly anticipated gathering, ‘BONDing for Success: Building Authentic Connections for Wellbeing and Growth’, featured an empowering keynote from award-winning global speaker Leanne Spencer, bestselling author of ‘Cadence: The Secret to Beating Burnout and Performing in Life and Work’. Leanne unveiled her transformative BOND framework – Boundaries, Optimum Health, Network, and Downtime – providing attendees with strategies to foster authentic relationships and prioritise selfcare as the foundation for sustainable success.

Through compelling storytelling and interactive discussions, Leanne inspired attendees to rethink their approach to connection, balance and growth.
