Cork College of FET-Bishopstown Campus is pleased to announce a leadership and management upskilling programme for the retail members of Cork Business Association.
The programme has been designed to meet the unique needs of the retail industries and aims to equip the sector in the region with the essential leadership and management skills required to compete globally.
It focuses on areas such as customer service, developing your leadership style, developing individual mental toughness, financial management and managing change and conflict in the workplace.
The programme will run one day week on Mondays and is fully funded for those in employment under Skills to Advance – a national initiative which aims to provide upskilling and reskilling opportunities to employees in evolving job sectors
