Dairygold Co-Op Superstores announces ongoing sponsorship of Cork Racecourse feature race

Co-Op Superstores has announced its title sponsorship of the Co-Op Superstores Raceday at Cork Racecourse Mallow on Sunday, 13th October, marking the seventh successive year of the sponsorship and a continued commitment by Dairygold to the local community.

As one of the most celebrated dates on Munster’s racing calendar, the Co-Op Superstores Raceday is set to deliver an exciting day of top-class racing.

With the first race starting at 14:00, part of a seven-race jumps card, the feature race of the day is the Co-Op Superstores Handicap Chase.

Eoghan O’Grady, General Manager at Cork Racecourse Mallow said: “We’re delighted to have Dairygold’s Co-Op Superstores with us again this year as sponsors for what we see as one of the highlights of the 2024 Cork Racecourse fixtures list. Many of their customers are regular race goers and we are looking forward to welcoming them all to Cork Racecourse on the 13th October.”

This year, Dairygold and Pegus will be supporting the Best Turned Out prize for races on the day with a selection of Pegus and Co-op Superstores prizes. The final race due off at 17.30.

Tickets for racing start at just €20 for adults or €15 for a Student/OAP, while children under 14 are free when accompanied by an adult. Tickets can be purchased online in advance at www.corkracecourse.ie or upon arrival at the racecourse.
