Renowned photographer Mark Carmody to talk at Fermoy Camera Club

Renowned photographer, Mark Carmody will speak at Fermoy Camera Club on May 29th.

Fermoy Camera Club are hosting a talk and exhibition of photographs by renowned photographer Mark Carmody on Thursday, May 29 upstairs in the Anderson Room of the Fermoy Community Youth Centre, Ashe Quay, Fermoy from 8.30pm.

Mark is co-author of three published books, Shorebirds of Ireland, Freshwater Birds of Ireland, and the latest being The Birds of Ireland; A Field Guide, all with Jim Wilson. He is also a contributor to Getty Images and has had photographs published in WINGS, Birding World, Birdwatch Magazine, Birdwatching magazine, British Birds, Woodland Magazine, Irish Independent, Sunday Business Post, RTE Guide, Garden Birds of Ireland, Bird Habitats in Ireland, some academic papers and various public display boards in Ireland and the UK.

The talk is open to the public and other Camera Clubs. Admission €5 payable at the door.

Fermoy Camera Club meets on the second and fourth Tuesday night of every month upstairs in the Anderson Room of the Fermoy Community Youth Centre, Ashe Quay, Fermoy from 7.45pm to 10pm approximately.
