Adrenalin high, pulses racing and stomachs churning - that's how we can expect it to be for three brave young ladies this weekend. The girls, from Kilworth, Castletownroche and Kildorrery - Laura Kenny, Aoife Ladd and Ciara Smyth respectively, will undertake a skydive on Saturday for two charities SAFE (Suicicde Awareness For Everyone) and AWARE (Mental Health).

The girls have been fundraising over the past few weeks in the hope of raising at least €2,000 and this past week they held two events in Fermoy - a table quiz in The Avondhu Bar and a karaoke night in The Abbey Bar. They would like to those who sponsored prizes and they include Claire Lomasney, Hannah Kenny, Michelle Geaney, Barnes Jewellers, Shaws Fermoy, Mike Lynch, The Munster House, Style Lounge, Magner's Bar, The Book Shop, Barber's Jewellers and Michelle's Accessories.
