At 11am on Tuesday 17th, the Fermoy International Choir was supposed to be singing in the town’s square and for the last few weeks had been working towards their St Patricks’ Day performance.
The community choir, under the leadership of choir master Lisa Dunphy and with up to 100 members from across 30 different nationalities, had to ditch those plans as the Covid-19/coronavirus spread across the country.
Not to be silenced though they decided to use technology to develop an alternative scheme.
