Eight weeks on from the beginning of the Mitchelstown Healthy Town Operation Transformation initiative, healthier, fitter and happy participants are looking forward to the finale on this Saturday and Sunday, March 14 and 15.
The good news is you too can join them in another 5k walk/run, starting each day at 11am. Warm ups and cool down near the leisure centre.
The starting point is near the impressive Mitchelstown Leisure Centre, with free registration and parking in Tesco from 10am. €10 donations for Temple Street Children's Hospital will be gratefully accepted, getting you a nice t-shirt and the satisfaction of supporting an invaluable caring facility that does outstanding work in its specialist field.
