302 residential units are proposed to be developed at Ballynamona, on the Dublin Road in Fermoy town.
A planning application for the new major development was submitted to Cork County Council by VB Developments Limited as a Large Residential Development (LRD) application.
Under the scheme, 61 four-bedroom units (20%), 109 three-bedroom units (36%), 78 two-bedroom units (26%) and 54 one-bedroom units (18%) are proposed, comprising of houses and apartment blocks.
