FERMOY AREA SPORTS & COMMUNITY AWARDS LAUNCHED: At last Tuesday evening's launch of this year's Fermoy Area Sports & Community Awards in Fermoy Credit Union were, l-r: Joe Slattery (Fermoy Enterprise Board), Marie Barry (AIB, Fermoy), Paul Kavanagh (McCarthy Insurance Group), Pat Morrissey (Fermoy Credit Union) and Charles McCarthy (McCarthy Insurance Group). This event was last held in November 2014 and was the highlight of the Fermoy social calendar. It’s great to see this event is taking place again this year, and was officially launched earlier this week.
