The streets of Tipperary Town will be filled with music and song once again on the 6th of July 2013 for the second annual Balance Busking Competition for an €800 prize fund.
The Balance Busking Competition is open to all age groups and the performances must be live. It’s being promoted by West Tipperary Mental Health Health Association – promoting positive mental health in our community. Playing times/locations will be drawn by lots on the day of the event.
