After months of planning and preparation, promotion and selling, a wonderful occasion was celebrated on Wednesday, October 22nd in Fermoy Community Centre, where the winner of the brand new Nissan Juke was picked, along with other prize recipients.
We are delighted to confirm that Martha Quirke of Castlelyons was the first name drawn from our drum. Of course, the Nissan Juke was not the only prize on the night – Josie Murphy won €5,000, Joe Coughlan won €3,000, Noel Walsh won €1,000 and Emma Twomey won €500.
We had 2 further winners of €100 vouchers, kindly sponsored by Acorn Life and Jacobs On The Mall – namely, Kathleen Fenton and Karen Murphy. A lot of hard work was put into this fundraiser to ensure its success.
